When income does not exceed $500,000, then tax is 4.8% of net income. Generally, if one's income is over $500k but not over $1,000k then taxes are $24,000 plus 6.4% of the excess. In the case of income exceeding $1,000,000, the tax is $56,000 plus 7.6% of the excess over $1,000,000.

NM corporations are subject to a $50 annual franchise tax.
